Ah, Suzanne, I can relate! Normally cheerful people don't feel good about feeling bad. And it affects the people around us too - I think because our happy energy give them a lift. So when we are in a funk, it's like "a disturbance in the force"!

Sometimes you have to put your "game face" on and put your feelings aside, but it's easier to do when you regularly give yourself permission to go within and mourn whatever happened to make you feel blue. Going for a walk is a great stress-reliever!

And I hope you're feeling happy again, soon.
