Dear Reader,

I'm going to brag a bit today--about the folks I work with. I'm one lucky woman.

From my Email Bag:

"Dear Suzanne, I am writing to tell you something that you already know. You have two wonderful ladies working with you by the names of Diana Ziegler and Valerie Farman.

For the past couple of weeks, I have been having a terrible time getting all three of my daily reads (Non-Fiction, Fiction, & Mystery) to appear in my Inbox. Some days I would get one or two--and some days none at all. I was well aware that I was most accustomed to having this special way to start my day, but I didn't realize that it was bordering on "addiction" until it started to disappear. Diana first suggested that I contact my email provider, which I did, but the situation didn't improve so that started my daily correspondence with Diana--and later with Valerie while Diana was gone. They were both, so prompt, helpful, and FRIENDLY that it made a frustrating situation seem not quite so fraught.

I am happy to report that this morning, for the first time, all three reads were in my Inbox. I was elated! I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm also keeping Diana and Valerie's e-mail addresses on file in case those cyber-gremlins decide to get busy again.
