Dear Reader,
I have a special book for you to sample this week, Frank Delaney's "Ireland". When I saw the cover of the book, I thought it was going to be a serious read and I wasn't too sure how I'd take to it. But when I discovered that Delaney had written about a storyteller--the very last storyteller--how could I resist?
Once upon a time...a storyteller arrived unannounced at a house in the Irish countryside. And after a fine and lengthy meal--the storyteller hadn't eaten in days--he invited his hosts and their neighbors to gather around the fireside and...well, you really should read it for yourself.
Sit back and enjoy the read. Go to: http://www.emailbookclub.com/alt/ireland/
Oh, and I have 10 copies of "Ireland" to giveaway--five hardcover copies and five audio books. Let me know if you liked the sample as much as I did. I'd love to send you a free book.
Thanks for reading with me. It's so good to read with friends.

Wow, is my interest peaked :) I would love one of the copies if you still have any. My fascination just grew as I read it more and more; I felt like one of the children in the story :)

Ireland - A beautiful countr!y. Anything with the word Ireland catches my eye and this certainly caught my eye, my interest and my desire to read more. I would love a copy if you have any left.

Thank you for sharing Mr. Delaney's book, "Ireland". I enjoyed your other book club selection about storytellers by Joel ben Izzy, and I know I will enjoy this one too. Please send me one if it is possible. Thanks.

I have been to Ireland twice and had long ago Irish relatives, so I LOVE reading about Ireland and this reads like it will be a good read. Thanks for offering it.

Wow! This is a great book! When I started reading it it transported me inmediately. I am a Theatre major and am used to imagining everything I read, so this is just magic. I would love to have a copy of the book if possible. Thanks for sharing this wonderful selection.
